A unique concept of urban living in a gated secure complex with a 3D cinema, children's playground, and areas for community activities. More than 200 luxury, mostly family apartments have been built in two phases. The project also included the revitalisation of Hořejší Pond and the creation of a large forest park in cooperation with the city authorities.
