Between 2013 and 2017, we gradually completed the first phase of the Nové Chabry project with 397 family apartments in four-story villa-houses with underground garages. As part of the project, we also built spacious areas for leisure - a bike path, outdoor fitness, a large playground, and a beach volleyball court.
