The next phase of the Nové Chabry project, a self-sufficient district with civic amenities, is being built near the Kobylisy metro station. The project offers exceptional housing in villa-houses with private courtyards and family villas, as well as a large linear park with a community centre, and builds on the first phase of construction, which included 397 units and a commercial centre with commercial units and a kindergarten.
