The next phase of the Nové Chabry project, a self-sufficient district with civic amenities, is being built near the Kobylisy metro station. The project offers exceptional housing in villa-houses with private courtyards, as well as an extensive park and community centre connecting it with previous phases of construction with already built 619 units.
