We have just launched sales of the last apartments in Nove Chabry in the phase called Gemini. It consists of two organic apartment buildings with receding floors and smart layouts. SWIETELSKY stavební s.r.o. has been selected as the general contractor, having also delivered the previous stages of the Nové Chabry project. Completion is planned for the second half of 2028.
