On May 15th, together with our general contractor SWIETELSKY stavební s.r.o. , we celebrated the topping-out ceremony for stages H and I. This traditional milestone marks the completion of the structural framework and brings us one step closer to the finalization of the entire project. We would like to thank everyone involved in the construction for their dedication and excellent work!

On June 24, 2024, we held a ceremony to celebrate the start of the construction of two new stages of the Nove Chabry project. The event was attended by Tal Grozner, CEO of Star Group and by representatives of the shareholders, who blessed the new building in the traditional Israeli way. As part of the presentation, Mr. Jiří Podaný, general manager of the construction contractor SWIETELSKY stavební s.r.o., and also the project architect Jana Mastíková from the LOXIA office, had a speech.
